Shipping

Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 7-15 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)!
However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!!
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-2 Business days;
Shipping: International Shipping Packet (DHL, USPS, EPacket) ;
Shipping time: 7-15  work days.
Shipping fee: $5.99 for all orders.

Return

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 14 days from purchase. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

1) Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

2) Return Conditions

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@gift-day.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

3)Refunds
Returns will be processed within 3 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Original Payment account.
